Any items found to be defective should be noted to PoolTablesDirect.ca immediately in order to avoid a discrepancy. All defective items should be returned freight pre-paid to PoolTablesDirect.ca with an RMA# (returned merchandise authorization number) at which time PooltablesDirect.ca has the right to replace or repair the item at their discretion. Delivery

We deliver across Canada. All tables ship within 1-2 business days unless specifically stated. Most customers receive their tables in about a week. To provide you with the quickest and most economical method of delivery we will have your pool table delivered to the nearest Shipping Depot. Please visit our delivery page for information on rates and where we ship.

Room Size

Above are the room size requirements to ensure unobstructed play. The 2 cues that come with your table are a standard 57" long which requires the "C" dimensions above. However shorter cues such as a 48" or 52" can be used in smaller rooms, or in rooms where only one side does not have enough space.

Set-up

We recommend having your table set-up by a professional installer. Typically our customers will have the installer pick up the pool table from the shipping depot and bring it to their home. Typical charges from an installer will be approximately $350-450 in most cities.

Cancellation Policy: If you would like to cancel your order after it has shipped you can do so, but are responsible for insured return freight. Once the table is received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the full amount less original shipping charges, and a 6% processing fee.
